- Push to the centre in the middle of the long muscle in the sole of your foot.
- Pull apart the ends of the same muscle at your toes and heel.
- Pull the pads of your feet firmly outwards.
- Rub firmly across the top your feet half inch (just over 1 cm) above the webbing, between the bones and at the sides of your feet
