For tired feet and tired bodies

  1. Push to the centre in the middle of the long muscle in the sole of your foot.
  2. Pull apart the ends of the same muscle at your toes and heel.
  3. Pull the pads of your feet firmly outwards.
  4. Rub firmly across the top your feet half inch (just over 1 cm) above the webbing, between the bones and at the sides of your feet
